Following change of meeting times due to COVID-19 it has been decided by the Committee that the 3 sessions of week will continue after all restoration have been lifted. The new times are Monday afternoons 14:00 to 16:00 and Wednesday and Friday evenings from 19:00 to 22:00.

The club is working to re-open to members only from the 7th August, all members will be contacted with amendments to Club Rules and restrictions.

Due to the current health crisis it has been decided to cancel WightRail 2020 exhibition.

Back scene for Norfield layout created. A local photo scaled and formatted to create the back ground. The station platforms are in progress and canopies have been built for the main platform. All work done before having to suspend activities.

Manor Farm buildings
completed for the N Gauge Norfield layout.

Planning the scenery, roads and buildings on the in development Norfield N gauge DC layout. The turntable has been fitted awaiting re-testing of the Peco turntable motor as a higher amperage power supply is needed! Some ballasting and tweaking of a couple of points and points motors done. We have also replaced some of the wiring which was found to be a bit fragile in transport to the 2019 exhibition.

N Gauge DCC layout which is currently available for use at the club. A fictions scene loosely based on the South Downs.

Replacing some point work with a single slip on the DCC 'OO' gauge layout. Work in progress, the electrics to be confirmed.
